Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. Most orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

We’re based in a small town, where post office hours are limited on Saturdays and the post office is closed on Sundays. Orders placed later in the week or over the weekend may ship on the next available postal day.

We ship via USPS or UPS, whichever offers the best rate for your order. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by carrier and destination.

Local Pickup
Local to Brevard? You can choose local pickup at checkout, and we’ll email you when your order is ready.

Damaged or Lost Packages
We take care to package your honey securely. If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, email us at info@beehoneyandhive.com within 7 days of delivery. For damaged shipments, please include photos of the package and its contents so we can file a claim with the carrier. We’ll arrange a replacement for qualifying lost or damaged shipments.
